We’ll inspect your windows to evaluate their condition, discuss any installation considerations, and take preliminary measurements. Following the visit, you receive a professional estimate. *There are a project minimums and geographic coverage areas.
This is one of the most important steps in the replacement window process. Accurate field measurements ensure your new windows are manufactured to fit perfectly and that everything is ready for a smooth installation.
During this visit, your installer will verify all window dimensions and inspect the site conditions. This final verification helps prevent common errors that occur during information transfer. The number of windows, their size and style, and the options ranging from Energy-efficient glass packages, custom colors, specialty shapes, safety glass, grids, and other upgrades all impact cost. Installation requirements are another important factor. Homes may require additional labor due to window accessibility, 2-story foyers or family rooms, oversized windows, wood-rot replacement, trim work, and structural repairs, all of which are outside the scope of standard installation. How you finish the exterior wood trim also impacts the cost. We offer metal cladding, changing all the trim to PVC or you can leave your wood as is.
